Yesterday went for the make-up NAFA Test which i skipped earlier last week. took the test together with the students from School of Chemical & Life Science.
4 pm walked to the stadium, a far end of the campus.. take it as warm up ba..
actually I was down with a terrible flu and slide headache, but cannot be excused. then no choice, to take the test.
The first five stations was ok, namely the pull up, sit up, broad jump, shuttle run and sit & reach.. However come to the last station - 2.4 Km run. It was raining "cats and dogs", thought they will cancel the 2.4 run, however the answer is NO.. They make us run in the big rain!!
again, no choice, take the 2.4 km at the NYP outdoor stadium. It was raining as we took the 2.4km test. one round of the stadium track is 400m, so need to run 6 rounds. haiz..
perhaps due to long time never run long distance, felt very breatheless and uncomfortable.. didn't gave up, just run till completed the 6 rounds.. Took 13 mins++ to complete, but failed under the Male requirements. haizz.. think i must train myself and prepared for NS, if not life will be more worst.
Was completely wore off after the run and the five stations. flu was not getting well after the run. whole person was soaked with the rain water and sweat.
It was around 530pm after completed the last station. slowly walked back to Blk S with my tired mind and body..
when i reached blk S, it was 550 pm.. time to clock out le. then again drag myself to blk M to tap my card to clock out.. after that went back to Blk S to change my wet attire.. and packed my desk to go home..
reached home was around 8pm.. ate my dinner, shower, then sleepzzz...
Woke up this morning for school, my entire body was completely PAIN!!!!
It was so painful from neck to leg, must endure!!! as usual, leave at 7am to NYP..
along the way, was enduring the pain.. can't even walk properly.. haizz.. got a hard time climbing up and down the stairs too. just now walked to AMK central from NYP, it took me double the time i usually walk to there. pain was getting worsen instead. now in the lab, sitting down blogging, don't want to make any unnecessary move about, skipping my lunch too. the body like going to collapse soon.
I think i better going to train myself for more running, if not next time in NS, going to rot there..
In the evening, need to go down to Fuji Xero tower for the career talk by some professionals, they will evaborate on jobs opportunity, interviews skills etc. I hope to learn something from there.
PAIN...
