It was another fun and enjoyable steamboat dinner, organised by Pamela, the group of us from OP: Kelly, Pamela, Joyce Cheng, jOyce Tan, Roy, Grace, Qing Yuan, Jeremy, Suzanna, Cheryl, Jesslin, Daryl and me went to Bugis to have the porridge steamboat. it was indeed nice =)

The porridge was used as the base instead of soup, an unusual way of eating steamboat.

haha. we thrown all sorts of foods : seafood, meat, eggs, vegetables into the clay pot of porridge
.

the taste was not bad, quite nice. haha. we had all the laughter and fun throughout the dinner.

after which as usual, we had a photo taking sessions, haha.

Yesterday was a remembrance day, it was Sotong(jOyce) and Octopus(Cheryl)'s last working day at TTSH and soon will be my turn.. haha. shall extend contract or not = depends. perhaps or perhaps not..

Thanks jOyce and Cheryl for the nice card and chocolates. I felt so touched by both of you.. =)

The group of us : jOyce, Cheryl. kelly, Jeremy, Suzanna, Jesslin,, Erny, KC, and me went to have Sushi dinner Buffet at UOB centre.

It was an enjoyful, wonderful and joyful dinner. Laughter was across the sushi conveyer belt. haha. we still can't forget about work, joking of all the things we can think of and taking photos along the way to City Hall.

Knowing them was a wonderful thing in life, they had lighted up the working life. and somehow the names of the marine life came about and became SeaFood Platter . haha! how i wish time would pause during the happy and remembrance moments yesterday(s).. really cannot image what the atmosphere would be like next week without Sotong and Octopus. they are the pillars and the founders of the OP Seafood Platter. =)

all the best for your studies at NYP and NP. haha. will see of you soon.

yup, i had also tendered my resignation with one month notice at Hang Ten on last thursday. been working there for 3 years and 4 months. throughout the three years plus, had learnt alot from the company, get to see things in different views. attended the trainings, meetings, running the outlet, monthly stock take and etc.. thanks to the management team whom always cares & approve my requests and nice knowing all of you too..

all of us had an enjoyable dinner and chatting too.

at the same day, received news from my sister that i been enlisted for NS on 11 Dec 2007. Most wonderful good news : I was enlisted into the Police Academy at main land, instead of going Pulua Tekong. haha =) cheers!!

yup yup, very happy.

hmm.. will be organising another BBQ on Dec before going in for my NS.

shall keep all of you informed for more details after i had arranged the venue and date.

looking forward to see all of you!

Take care~

This week has been a tedious though working A3 shift ( 1045-1845). somehow dunno why cannot sleep well in the night.

been working throughout, running about here and there.

brain just can't stop to take a break, many things are flashing through in and in of my thought.

my recently holidays retreat did not help in reducing my stress.

well i may seen to be independence, however does anyone know how it feel to go alone there?

Ho Chi Ming City - vietnam, also a place strange to me, nobody there to assist me, somebody there might harm me too, of all the all:: fortunately i came back safe and sound. haha

how does it feel while waiting for the flight alone? other passengers are at least with somebody whereas me with nobody waiting aimlessly for my flight there..

After all, still glad that there's still a handful of people out here whom :

hear you, reach out to you, care and concern, we had laughter in the air.

and of cos the "SeaFood Platter of OP @TTSH", i'll always remember all of you. haha =) cheers!

sotong..
octopus..
eel..
crab..
seahorse..
squid..
puffer fish?
and etc..
