This morning, wake up early and went to the Singapore Retailers Association (SRA) at Shenton Way for the Excellent Service Award Workshop..

Reached there around 0830am, saw some of the workshop participants sitting there, saw the trainer and i went in after confirming my name in the list outside the room. i realised that there different companies staff in the workshop too.. as the times past, more people came in.

0900am, the workshop started.. the Trainer, Susan greeted us with a smile. as all of us were from each individual companies. so we asked to interact with one another for the first hour..



Aterall / Overall, the Workshop is a based on a team work. It requires all the group members to participate and came up with plans how to achieve the retailers goals and develop a good customer relationship.

It's a fun and interesting workshop afterall.

7 July, Friday - meet Alice, my current Manulife policy insurance

11 ( Tuesday) - meet Julie, Prudential financial consultant

12 ( Wednesday ) - meet Julie, Prudential financial consultant

13 July ( Thursday ) - meet Julie, Prudential financial consultant


next week, an appointment with Manulife consultant about my current insurance policy matters.. perhaps there will be some more appointments with other companies??

Each individual Insurance Company consultants were selling various policy plans to me.

To my concern, I think i shall need a life and a saving plan, rather than an investment plan..
