today was the day and the first time i organise a BBQ party.. over the past few weeks and days, the weather was quite bad and rain was pouring everyday. Thanks to those who prayed not to rain, yesterday was definitely a good day. There was no single rain drop nor dark clouds and the wind was blowing very breezing at the park. cool and relaxing weather = )

my sister, brother and i went to the park first to wait for the BBQ wholesaler to deliver the raw foods to us at the same time we also bought some BBQ things to there to set up first. we reached there about 1530hrs.. the delivery man reached about 1630 hrs.. after the collecting the foods and handled payments, i began to set the pit fire.

after few tries of lighting up the starter under blowing sea breeze, i successfully lighted it up and placed it under the charcoal and it slowly started to burn..

I ordered many foods and hopes that many people would turn up however by the time around 6:30 pm, i received calls and sms respectively from my classmates saying that the 17 of them won't be turning up due to some activities.. out of the 19 classmates invited, only 2, as well as Charlene and jun Qiang turned up.

for the remaining 30 people only around 10 turned up despite my emails and sms on mondays. if they didn't come, also never give a reply back so that i know if i shall wait for them to turn up. till 10:45 pm, finally 3 people called saying that they w0n't be coming also..

upon hearing that, i know that the remaining will also not be coming anymore, so i decided to clear all the things and began packing the uncooked foods, the left foods was half the total quantity i ordered.. haiz... in the end bring back the uncooked foods as well as the packets of drinks back home.

Although, the number of persons turn up was little, it was still a enjoyable BBQ night. everyone was eating and cooking happily.. my sister, brother and cousins were playing happily around with Charlene. hope all of you enjoy yesterday BBQ night also.


I would like to apologize to some, as i didn't talk to you much, hope you forgive..yesterday got to run here and there.. =)


Lastly, a very sincere thanks for all the people who turn up, help "BBQ-ing" yesterday. and also a wonderful thanks to those who specially came down after work to this casual BBQ. = )

24 Dec ( Sat ) Today is Christmas Eve and i really enjoyed myself. My leave was approved, very happy. I promised Charlene to go to the Christmas party at Expo for the Christmas Celebration at City Harvest. I went to City Hall to meet she and had a lunch before taking train down towards expo. We exchanged presents and this is my first time exchanging presents and celebrating Christmas. an new experience of Christmas. = )

when we reached Expo. there were big crowds at the place, too many people and we could hardly proceed through the passage way.. during the 3 hours service, there was a wonderful drama and it's a touching drama..

feel so relax at the expo as the sound of laughter and greetings warm the whole atmosphere, after the service, we went to the carnival at the other hall.. however there were nothing much to explore at the carnival hall..

after which it was around 730pm and we took train to down and part at Orchard, then i went to continue walking down the streets of Orchard roads to Raffles place with chee chong etc whom i met later after the service..

Thanks for bringing me to the Christmas Celebration Service named "Christmas Land"

For this day, i will always remembered because it's a day that i really enjoy.
